Can we agree that this is a concert in the middle of a cotton field?
A picture that surfaced on Twitter at the weekend has left people questioning their eyesight.

At first glance, it looks like a shot from a packed music festival, where the photographer is standing facing the stage. But look a little closer.
This is really a picture taken in a cotton field by Texas photographer Micah Horn. But everyone's brains tricked them into seeing a music festival.

The longer you look at it, the easier it becomes to switch between two perspectives. You can see the people jumping around to the music that the band is playing, but you can also clearly see that the lights belong to some kind of tractor.

We all love a good optical illusion (remember the gold and blue dress?), and this particular one raises some interesting questions.
What is it about cotton buds that evokes a large crowd at a concert? Or is everyone just seeing what they want to see because of festive fever?
