Teacher gives learners the funniest homework ever

That is why she made sure her homework to 10 and 11 year-old learners at Bucklebury Church of England Primary was a total bliss.

Jenny Thom's homework included eating ice-cream, going on a bike ride and laughing until the tummy hurts.

" This is your homework for this weekend. Please compete as many of these activities as possible and tick to say they have been done," she wrote.

Among the activities was; watch your favourite TV programme, go outside and enjoy the weather, rest, see friends, do something you have never done before. Now how is that for a cool homework?!

The incredible teacher ends the letter with "Mrs Thom is in charge of worrying".

Her homework letter has gone viral, receiving much praise from parents.

One of the parents, Louise Harry, said on Facebook " I'm very fortunate - my daughter is a year 6 in Mrs Thom's class. We have spent a happy day ticking lots of those boxes. I'm passionate about Bucklebury School, a school that believes in growing the whole child"
