Old fish in Ohio learns new tricks
Updated | By The Workzone with Barney Simon
It may be difficult to teach an old dog new tricks, but what about an old fish?
It turns out any animal can be taught to jump through hoops. That's what Jane Tsai discovered about her pet Betta fish, Max.
Jane says she always knew that Max was very inquisitive and brave, and this is how she knew that the fish would be able to learn a new trick.
To teach Max how to jump through a hoop, Jane stuck some worms on her finger and then held it just above the water in the tank.
In no time, Max was jumping through the hoop, even without the promise of food.
