Have you ever seen a kangaroo playing on a rope swing?

A homeowner in Australia spotted a kangaroo playing on the swing set in her backyard.
Australians are accustomed to seeing kangaroos wandering around in public places. As long as they stay out of the animals' way, everything is okay.
But once in a while kangaroos do something that is too entertaining to turn away from.
When Anita Kuhberger noticed a kangaroo jumping around in her backyard she decided to take a closer look to see what was happening. She did not expect to see the marsupial struggling to play with one fairly simple toy.

The kangaroo tried several times to climb onto the rope swing. Did the kangaroo believe that it would be able to fit onto that small plank and take a quick spin on the swing?
Determined to make it work, the kangaroo appears to leap onto the swing one last time before finally deciding that it is not worth it and bounding away.
Anita was delighted to witness this very child-like moment in the kangaroo's life, and mentioned that it was quite unusual for the animals to behave this way: "I have never seen any of the kangaroos do this before."
