Cyclist prematurely celebrates his win
Don’t count your chickens before they hatch - but unfortunately many of us do, and some even go to the extent of publicly doing so – like cyclist Jamie Wilkins.
A hilarious video has gone viral showing poor Wilkins prematurely celebrating a win at the Via Roma Twilight Criterium support race.

Wilkins was so caught up in his moment of victory that he can be seen waving his hands in the air in celebration, not realising that another cyclist is overtaking him.
His fellow racer, Jamie Penton, unfortunately for Wilkins, took the win. We can only imagine how Wilkins must have felt!
