Aaron Woods' hilarious try celebration fail
Updated | By Poelano Malema
Nothing is more exciting than celebrating a win with your teammates. And that's exactly what rugby player, Aaron Woods of New South Wales Blues, wanted to do on Wednesday after his team scored a last-second try to win a State of Origin match in Sydney.
Attempting to join a group hug, Woods could be seen flying through the air, and unfortunately for him, his timing was all wrong. He sadly ended up crashing into the ground.
Ouch!
"Oh mate, I've never jumped that high in my life. The amount of airtime I got, it gave the boys enough time to get out of the way. I tried to just lay on the ground and put my arms up as if no one had seen me, but there was about 65,000 who did. I just missed and I'm going to cop it for a long time now," he told Fox Sports.
Below is the try celebration fail.
