A Manhattan human resources manager is suing her 12-year-old
nephew over a hug that she clams broke her wrist.
Jennifer Connell claims her nephew acted unreasonably when he leapt into her arms…at his birthday party!
She claims the hug caused her to fall back and break her wrist at her nephew’s birthday party four years ago.
She is seeking $127,000 (almost R1.7-million) from her nephew, despite describing him as very loving and sensitive towards her.
