Young girl gives best advice for handling meanies at work

"You have to get that advice for when the weekend is over..."
Sometimes when you have a problem, the best way to find a solution is to talk to a kid.
Somehow, they have all the answers to put things into perspective.
And believe it or not, they seem to have it all together. Perhaps it is us who complicate things in life?
That certainly rings true for this young South African girl. Living as an expat in Dubai, her mother shares videos of her talking about random things that are quite relatable.
Boston is a young girl, who like most kids says it like it is. And how can we expect anything less from children...
They are taught to be honest, and when we ask them for advice, best believe they are going to be honest.
As you know, there are many people who have revealed over the past few years that their working circumstances are not the greatest.
Some have even resigned due to the toxic nature of their workplaces, so when mum asks Boston about whether she has any meanies at school, it was a great introduction to the topic.
WATCH what she had to say below on Instagram.

In case you are having a tough time at work with someone who is a meanie - aka a person who is mean - then we hope you will give Boston's advice a go.
After all, kids do have a way of making the overly complicated seem really simple, and we have to admit it does sound like some great advice.
