Sadly, when you decide to purchase online, sometimes what you order isn't what you get...
We have to say that we form part of the generation that opts for ease and convenience.
So, online shopping is definitely our go-to when it comes to shopping for our families and friends.
It especially comes in handy when you have a busy week and need something over and above your usual. For instance a cake.
We have heard many stories where people order something online but get something else.
And for those people, we really feel terrible, but there has got to be a formula for knowing how to not get fooled.
This woman really was in the pits when the cake she received was nothing like the cake she ordered online.
Now, it's all well and good if you buy something and it was on special, a saving of sorts, and then you don't get what you paid for.
Not that it makes it any better, but at least you know you didn't invest that much into it.
But when you pay a great deal for something and it turns out badly, it somehow makes it way, way worse.
She says she paid $300, which is roughly R5,752.
