Taking the kids out is meant to be good for them (and you - supposedly). They say being outdoors helps you lead a more positive and healthy life.
But what they don't tell you is when your kids enjoy it so much that they don't want to leave...
Now, normally, that doesn't sound like a problem, but when you have things to do and a family to care for, you cannot be sitting at the park for hours...
That is why routines and schedules are so important for kids. It teaches them about responsibility and it also allows them to find a sense of calm knowing what's coming next.
Now this mother has taken the bull by the horns when it comes to telling the kids it's time to leave the park.
A sure fire way of not getting any attitude...
Well, in all fairness, this may only work for older kids, as toddlers wouldn't care and would most likely run toward you to get the mic.
