WATCH: Little boy sees clear for the first time in over two years
A young boy who has impaired vision gets special lenses and finally gets to see his parents' faces.
There are no words to express the feelings that a parent goes through when they are unable to solve all their kids' problems.
Especially when it is a physical ailment that restricts them from living a fully engaged life.
And as the saying going, you only truly appreciate what you have when it's not there anymore.
The same can be said about our anatomy.
When we are at risk of any health ailments, it becomes apparent to us that perhaps we (as adults) should've taken better care of ourselves. But it's not always the case.
What happens when our kids are born with bad vision, or perhaps it is something that happens as they grow.
Regardless, it is a painful experience to see your child unable to see clearly.
It is for this reason that we were so happy and emotional when we saw this mother's video of her son.
A mother who goes by the name sjolly2 on TikTok shared a video of her son receiving his tested eyewear.
The little boy is seen wearing his glasses for the first time. And actually seeing his parents with clear vision for the first time.
An emotional video shows how teary he got just looking at his mother and father.
It reminded us to stay grateful and consciously aware of taking care of our health, as well as to really take full advantage of our surroundings.
After all we all see things daily, but to what extent have you taken the time to appreciate the colour of the sky, the clouds, the colour of the leaves changing, and our loved ones smiles...
