A hearing-impaired baby girl's video is warming hearts all over the world.
The sweet video shows the adorable moment when a baby with a hearing impediment reacted to hearing her older sister clearly for the first time.

Baby Scarlet was born three months early and according to her mother, Carol Benjamin, the little one developed an illness that required her to take antibiotic treatment which resulted in her hearing impediment. The video was captured after the little one received her hearing aids and her reaction to hearing her sister Halie's voice is the best thing on the internet today.
