Who knew you could be sentimental with cleaning...We did!
That well known saying that speaks about the sanctity in cleaning, is in our opinion quite befitting.
It really is satisfying to know that when we decide to revive something and it works out for the good, that we can celebrate in a spirit of winning and giving.
Whether it means cleaning up our living spaces or just taking the time to do something special for someone, doing something can be so fulfilling.
When we first saw Brandon the Janitor sharing his cleaning tips on social media, we were filled with pride.
Mostly because he was filled with pride. Pride over his profession and following in his dad's footsteps and pride over the content he was sharing, which is super helpful.
So often we associate success with becoming a lawyer or a doctor, but doing an honest job that literally helps people live in a cleaner space, is quite commendable.

But Brandon did more than that recently and this time he didn't just amaze us with his cleaning tips, but with the sentimental side of things.
He shared that his grandma said she ruined her pot, a pot that she has had for decades. A pot that belonged to her mother. So you can imagine it holds a lot of meaning.
The bottom of the pot was completely burnt out and Brandon took it upon himself to clean it up and restore it. He literally gave the pot a new lease on the stove and it was amazing to see his grandmother's reaction.
