Older siblings are such great leaders, but we only see it in certain circumstances.
Introducing your toddler to a new baby can sometimes be scary. Whether they will be welcoming to their new sibling isn't a given.
But for the most part, preparing them is vital. And sometimes watching how they behave from a distance can be enlightening.
One mom decided to ask her four-year-old for some help, and she left her phone camera on. What she witnessed was heartwarming and endearing.

What sealed it for us was when he told his mother that raising a ten-month-old baby is hard work.
That's an understatement, but we are glad he noticed.
Also, the fact that he didn't lose patience with his baby brother was so wonderful. It actually taught us to be more like kids. Fearless and innocent in all regards.
