Front row seat to a lion walking through traffic leaves us shocked!?

Crazily enough people were watching with their windows open...Bravehearts indeed.
South Africa has many things that are unique.
In this case, we literally have video footage feeding into the stereotype that lions walk the streets of South Africa.
Many people assume that we live with the wild and we can understand their ignorance. But just for the record, this video is not a stock standard way of life for the majority of people who live in SA.

This isn't something you get to see all the time. And even for us as South Africans, seeing a lion this close is absolutely astonishing.
But as much as they may be beautiful creatures, they are also deadly.
Therefore, the fact that many people have left their windows open here, leaves us shocked. After watching snippets of the Idris Elba movie, 'Beast', we would be terrified to see this big guy so close.

Luckily, the lion didn't do anything, as far as we know.
But for future reference, if you ever come across a lion, wind your windows up because you never know what mood they are in.
It seemed this guy had a heavy hair ball which distracted his deadly instincts.
