Maroon 5 breaks record for longest reign by a group on Adult Contemporary Billboard Chart

The group outperformed Train's 'Hey, Soul Sister' after spending 23 weeks in the number 1 spot.
Billboard's Adult Contemporary radio's airplay chart number one song for a 23rd week is Maroon 5's 'Girls Like You'.

This 23-week streak breaks the record for the longest number one run ever by a group. The record was previously held by Train's 'Hey, Soul Sister', which topped the chart for 22 weeks in 2010 and 2011.
The music video for 'Girls Like You' immediately grabbed our attention for its cameo-filled nature, featuring Camila Cabello, Ellen DeGeneres, and Jennifer Lopez - to name just a few.
