Is it okay to interrupt someone while they are on a phone call?

Street interviewers and social experimenters are all the rage on social media these days.
We find more and more content creators wanting to ask people on the street about random topics.
One guy who has dedicated his social media account to finding out what makes people confident has the page name, Confidence Heist.
Basically, he approaches people like in a heist and asks them what makes them confident.
Usually, he stops people passing by and asks them questions about confidence, but usually, people aren't on their phones.
This time he was lucky enough to see Adam Sandler. The successful and talented comedian/actor has always struck us as easy going and approachable.
But he was on the phone when the Confidence Heist approached him and didn't quite answer the infamous question: "What makes you confident?"
