Sometimes things are lost without context...
It is extremely unusual for any working person to confidently say that they have never experienced having a bad manager.
But the truth is that at some point or the other, there is some documentation of bad management and one person shared their version on Reddit:
The place my girlfriend works at just posted this sign in their break room. The company had record profits last year.

According to Reddit, this issue was posted to the break room wall at he place of work and although there is not much context given, it is quite shocking.
It made us question the whole concept of 'management' and whether this term is too loosely used.
Not to mention the fact that water is a necessity and why it would be restricted confuses us. Perhaps it was bottled water?

Obviously, people were all too happy to share their honest opinions, saying that management is always sharing weird notices that make no sense.
What's hectic is that there is no sense of ownership here and the part about abusing privilege when it comes to something like water is rather weird.
