Welsh man breaks own leg while shadow boxing
Don’t you just hate it when you get into a fight with an imaginary person and break your leg? Well, this guy definitely does!
Ryan Rowlands from Senghenydd, South Wales was filmed by his friend while he was standing in the middle of the road attempting to shadow box.
Needless to say, things did NOT go according to plan!
The video shows Ryan spinning rapidly after throwing a few punches in the air before landing on his right leg, subsequently breaking it.
According to Mail Online, Mr Rowland’s friend who caught the incident on camera is the one who uploaded the clip, because what else can you do with a video of your friend fighting themselves and then breaking their own leg?
