In most cultures it is the norm for men to pay for the bill, but has modern society abused this expectation banking free meals?
Ah, the age old question who should pay for dinner? The man or the woman? Or should you go dutch splitting the bill?
In most circles it is expected that the man pay but yet this expectation is often abused by women who want a free meal or drinks. Now, my mom raised me to always offer to pay she said: "You can't just expect people to do things for you" and she and my Father would split the bill often when they were courting back in the 80's.
