Miss South Africa 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, will take to the international stage at the Miss Universe pageant on Monday.
Miss Universe 2017will be screened live on VUZU channel 116 at 02:00.
Nel-Peters has been dubbed a firm favourite with locals and international supporters.
She tweeted: "I will stand on the @MissUniverse stage with a full heart and immense pride knowing that I represent my beautiful country.
"Thank you, South Africa! Your support means more to me than you could imagine.”
