Will it be a hit? Rian gets singing Advice from friends

Martin is not only the presenter of the Martin Bester Drive show, but also the frontman of local band Kinky Robot and has recently released his very first Afrikaans single that is making its way onto the local charts. Rian gets martin on the line to find out what the formula is to writing and performing the perfect hit single that will without a doubt chart on radio station playlists. How important a good voice actually is and how far Rian's charms and looks could get him in the music industry if nobody else takes a liking to his song. With the stunning Charlize Berg joining us for the Jacaranda FM Carols by Candlelight later this year, Rian decided that she is the perfect person to perform a duet with.

We remembered Rian's duet with Juluis Malema last year, and realised that Rian is not made out to be a solo artist and has always done better when singing with a partner. With so much talent on the Carols By Candlelight lineup it’s the perfect time to approach one of the pros to team up with Rian to make his dream of a chart topping song a reality.
