Young South Africans finally landed in Cairo!

A group of young South Africans built a plane and they are ready to fly it from Cape Town to Cairo.
Ever thought that a group of teenagers could build a plane? Well, these teens did exactly that!
Teen pilot, Megan Werner founded U-Dream Global to inspire her peers to follow their dreams.

In 2018, U-Dream Global selected twenty inexperienced teenagers from various backgrounds to build an aircraft. They built the plane in three weeks. Megan and four of her teens co-pilots are now set to fly from Cape Town to Cairo and back.
Anges Seemela and Hendrik Coetzer helped were also involved in building the plane - and joined Meghan to talk to Rian and the Scenic Drive team about their incredible journey.

"I started flying with my dad when I was 15," Megan told Rian. "I heard about the project on Facebook and decided to join the team as a pilot," Hendrik added.
On Wednesday, CEO Johan Fouche from MBT Petroleum donated 1 000 litres of fuel worth R17,000 for the young pilots.

UPDATE:
Hendrik Coetzer, Megan Werner and Agnes Seemela left Cape Town on Saturday and flew to Sossusvlei in Namibia. They arrived in Vic Falls, Zimbabwe this morning where they will spend three days.

INTERVIEW-UPDATE:
After their successful arrival, Rian van Heerden decided to call them in Cairo for a catch-up.
"We have done many interviews - even with BBC," Megan Werner told Rian.
"We also decided to make a documentary about our whole experience because it was not easy," she mentioned.
