Woman hilariously plays 'hand model' in friend's engagement shoot
A woman in Australia stepped in to save her friend from embarrassment during a proposal photo shoot - and the results were hilarious.
Everyone knows that before you propose to your partner, you have to make sure that they are prepared. Prepared for the photos, that is: if you let your partner pose for the engagement photo shoot with a bad hairstyle or an old manicure, you will never live it down.
José, an Australian romantic who clearly had not received this memo, went ahead and proposed to his girlfriend Diana with much fanfare (he invited her family members to a party so that they could witness the big moment) but without letting her get a manicure first. Fortunately for him, she said yes. But then came the issue of the photo shoot.

Twitter user @goodgaljenjen (whose real name is Jenna) soon realised that her cousin was not willing to post her unmanicured ring finger online and offered her own hand instead. Diana, in her capacity as a nurse, often doesn't have time for a trip to the salon. And that is why there is a third person's hand in the couple's engagement photo.
Strange as it may seem it shows that Jenna wants only the best for her family. Looking at the behind the scenes photo in which Jenna can be seen kneeling in front of Diana and her now-fiance José shows her twisting herself into quite an uncomfortable position to get that perfect engagement shot.
If this is the kind of good-natured humour that Diana and José are beginning their journey with, then their marriage is sure to be a long and beautiful one.
