South African soccer legend and AmaZulu coach Benni McCarthy questioned whether allowing fans into stadiums is really worth it if they are limited to just 2,000.

McCarthy believes even this number is not significant, especially now that many leagues allow fans to attend games in pre-pandemic numbers.

"Why 2,000? The rest of the world had been in full swing for one year. We party, we go out clubbing ..." McCarthy said in a recent interview with IOL.
