Thando Thabethe is a well-known South Africa actress, TV personality and talented radio host.
Thabethe, also known as Thando Thabooty, has a long list of accolades behind her name; she was Nivea's first brand ambassador in Africa and in 2019, the broadcaster was listed as one of Forbes Africa's 30 Under 30.

At the end of 2020, Thando stared in the highly successful Netflix movie, 'How To Ruin A Christmas' and a few months later, in March 2021, Gauteng-based radio station, 947 announced that Thabethe is joining their line up as the brand new host of '947 Drive with Thando'.
The Scenic Drive team invited her to the Jacaranda FM studio to get to know her better.
"It's not about competition, it's about this industry that we all work in, it's very small and it's beautiful. I don't remember this ever happening before - being interviewed on another radio station - so shoutout to you guys," Thabethe.
