On Sunday's episode of 'American Idol' season 20, everything was going smoothly... until Schyler Dixon, 27, who was a fake contestant, tried to audition with Maren Morris' 'My Church', but the singer was rudely interrupted by a stage assistant.

The judges - Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie, had been annoyed by the assistant's noise all day.
The assistant had been talking and eating loud snacks while singers auditioned.

The eating of chips interrupted Dixon's performance and the judges lost focus on her performance. In the end, Perry finally took matters into her own hands, walked up to the assistant and confiscated his bag of chips.
Suddenly, the mystery assistant violently grabbed back the bag of chips from Perry.

Richie then called for security. But before security guards could intervene, Perry again took the initiative, ripping off the assistant’s hat.
And that’s when Bryan found out that the troublemaker was his wife, Caroline, all along.
