Leo Blanco's biggest goal is to be the ultimate Michael Jackson impersonator.

The 22-year-old Argentinian man has spent more than R400 000 on 11 plastic surgeries and several other cosmetic procedures since the age of 15. Blanco has undergone ear surgery, four nose jobs, surgery for his cheekbones and chin, all in his quest to capture the late Michael Jackson's distinctive looks.

Blanco became obsessed with the 'King of Pop' as a child and decided that he wanted to look exactly like his hero. But, after 11 plastic surgeries he admits he is still not content with his look.
He has attracted a lot of fans, who he says follow him around when he performs at shows and even in the street.
In an interview with Hype, Blanco says that each surgery takes him closer to his objective but his mother shared her concern. In this interview she admitted that she was worried for her son and sometimes wondered whether he would make it out alive after surgery.
