The adorable boy showed off his impressive hairstyling techniques in a cute new video that has social media buzzing. Hongqi grew up watching his parents cut hair in a salon, and it was there where he picked up their skills while adding his own unique flair to his skill.
In the video, Hongqi is seen cutting a woman's hair and then he blow dries it out - perfectly.
