Vegan fitness expert Adrian Naidoo shares his journey

Fitness expert Adrian Naidoo joined the Scenic Drive to share why veganism works for him.
Fitness expert and radio personality Adrian Naidoo joined the Scenic Drive to talk about his vegan lifestyle.
"The source of protein is in plants. Nuts are also a great form of protein.
"Everyone's body is different - you must figure out what works for you," Naidoo.
Naidoo also shared more about the fact that you can follow a vegan diet as an athlete and fitness expert.
"When I turned vegan I dropped in energy, however, I gained strength and energy quickly."
For the last three-years Naidoo has been following a vegan diet.
