It has been reported that the NBA player, Tristan Thompson, has once again cheated on millionaire reality star and entrepreneur Khloé Kardashian, and he has welcomed another baby, this time with his personal trainer.

Maralee Nichols, the personal trainer to Thompson, gave birth to a baby boy last week.

Nichols is in the process of suing the NBA player for child support and other pregnancy-related fees, People reported.
According to reports, Thompson and major reality star Khloé Kardashian were still together at the time when Nichols fell pregnant.

Thompson is already dad to True, 3, who he shares with Kardashian, and Prince, 4, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
A source told E! News, that Kardashian is "ignoring the noise" and "focused on co-parenting" with Thompson.
