700 g maalvleis
2 uie fyngekap
2 knoffelhuisies fyngekap
1 pakkie bacon fyngesny
3/4 teelepel sout
1/2 teelepel origanum, 1 teelepel braaivleis speserye
1 teelepel spice for mince
1 teelepel vars pietersielie fyngekap
1 groot eetlepel appelkooskonfyt
1 teelepel bruinsuiker
100 ml worcester sous
1 koppie gevriesde blokkies gemengde groente
2 artappels in klein blokkies gesny
Metode
Braai uie en knoffel in bietjie olie tot sag, skep uit en hou eenkant. Braai bacon tot gaar NIE bros in dieselfde pan, skep uit pan en voeg saam uie. Braai nou jou maalvleis bietjie vir bietjie tot bruin. Gooi uie, knoffel en bacon terug in die pan saam maalvleis. Gooi jou sout en ander speserye in. Roer deur. Voeg halwe koppie water by en res van die bestandele. Laat prut vir 15 minute tot groente gaar.
Mash: 6 Artappels en 3 baby fennels kook tot sag in soutwater. Dreineer. Maak fyn, voeg 1 eetlepel roomkaas en 1 eetlepel botter by.
