On Wednesday, Philicity Reeken confessed to the team that she is really unhappy with her weight and that she does not feel healthy.
After she confessed to the team, they decided to surprise her in the studio.
The Slender Wonder team helped organised some healthy meals, shakes and supplements for her to lose weight.
They also introduced her to a personal trainer, that will help her lose weight and be fit again.
"They will help you, train with you and support you," Rian van Heerden.
"I'm so happy. I am so excited and I'm ready to take on this journey," Philicity Reeken.
