#ScenicMaskPageant: Meet Mr & Miss Regulation 5(1) 2020!
After thousands of votes, celebrity judges and designer masks - we finally have our winners for Mr & Miss Regulations 5(1)!
After the ministry announced that all South Africans must wear a mask when out in public - the Scenic Drive team came up with a pageant that we never imagined would've been this big.
Regulation 5(1), states that a person must wear a cloth face mask or a homemade item that covers the nose and mouth when in a public space, or another appropriate item to cover the nose and mouth.
The Scenic Drive team launched a beauty pageant, Mr & Miss Regulation 5(1) - to try and find the best-masked faces and great mask ambassadors.
International model and TV presenter Marciel Hopkins and singer Jay du Plessis were the special guest judges who decided on the winners.
