The Scenic Drive with Rian helped a single mother and her son with swimming gear to pursue his dreams to become a South African swimmer.
Armand van Vuuren is a 15-year-old swimmer who dreams of becoming a professional.
Armand's mother, Maggie, is a single mother and is struggling to keep up financially.

"He lives for swimming. The prices of the swimming gear are about R3,000 to R5,000," Maggie wrote to the Scenic Drive.
With the help of Arena South Africa, the Scenic Drive team is able to help Maggie and Armand with swimming gear.
