Make My Monday: Rian makes a dream come true for university student
We received a plea for help from an Accounting Science student and simply had to help.
An SMS came in for Rian from a student in need of a laptop and Rian managed to get her a laptop and even more.
My name is Lebogang Malia I am a second year Accounting Science student at the University Of South Africa. It has been a joy studying towards the qualification of my dream but I have one obstacle that is making studying and accessing study material difficult. Most of my studying is done online which requires me to have access to the internet via a laptop. For the past few months, I have been using my aunt's old laptop but it needs to be plugged in for it to work. This becomes a challenge when having to do assignments as we do not have electricity at home. My one wish is to have a new laptop so that I can fulfill this desire and need of mine to be able to continue with my studies.
