The first season will focus on the personal and political lives of Michelle Obama, Betty Ford played by Michelle Pfeifer, and Eleanor Roosevelt played by Gillian Anderson.
The first season is set to premiere in 2022.

"It was terrifying but an incredible honour to portray this extraordinary woman," wrote Davis on Instagram.
