Fake laughing is the quickest way to make new friends

In today's modern world full of smart gadgets and ever-increasing demands in the workplace, it can be difficult to find new ways to relax. Taking time to do something fun and nurture the connections you have with other people can have a very positive impact on your life.
If you're the type of person who likes to combine several hobbies into one outing in order to save time, then laughter yoga might be just the thing for you.
Combining walking, stretching, laughing, and good old vitamin D from the sunshine, laughter yoga takes exercise to new heights. People at various stages in their fitness journey come together to laugh and make friends.
Since the human body does not differentiate between real and fake laughter, the benefits of the joyful release are the same whether the giggles are simulated or they are induced by real jokes. This means there is no downside to getting together with friends (or finding new people to make connections with), shaking out your limbs to get them nice and loose, and then guffawing yourself into delirium.
This may seem unusual at first, but the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.
Besides, if you decide laughter yoga is not for you, at least you'll have a good story to tell next time you're at a braai.
