An emotional video went viral after a domestic worker, who goes by the name Rosa, was surprised with a penthouse after she lost her job and house due to COVID-19.

Rosa has been cleaning apartments in New York for over 20 years.
Residents in the block love her - and decided to surprise her with a new home of her own.
The realtors showed Rosa a newly remodelled penthouse in the building.
Rosa obviously thought that she was being asked to clean it before a showing, but little did she know that the penthouse, which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, would be hers!
