Couple had their wedding over a Zoom video call with family and friends

Izak and Ianthe had to postpone their wedding day due to the national lockdown. They decided to invite all their guests to celebrate the big day with them over a Zoom video call.
Gatherings like weddings had to be postponed or cancelled due to the national lockdown. According to President Ramaphosa, this would help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Izak and Ianthe were one of those couples affected.

The couple decided to not cancel but rather came up with a brilliant idea - they decided to celebrate their big day over a Zoom video call with their loved ones.
They dressed up, decorated their house - and even had a cake for the special day.
"We invited over 100 people to the Zoom call. We are still not legally married - but everyone shared in our special day," Izak.
