Comedian turns his son's fall into a priceless moment

English comedian William Andrews turned his young son's fall into an hilarious moment that shows how much fun parenting can be with social media.
As a parent, you know that when your children fall you are allowed to have two reactions in quick succession: a laugh (because we humans are known to find such mishaps humorous), followed by any and all actions that will soothe and reassure your (hopefully uninjured) child.
If you are a parent who is also a comedian, and you are active on social media, then this is a particularly special moment for you. English comedian William Andrews had this unique experience just recently, and decided to turn it into a memorable dramatic reading.

In a video posted on Twitter, William describes how his four-year-old son fell palms first into a pile of nettles, and couldn't stand the pain.
The boy, who has apparently inherited his father's flair for speech, lamented his misfortune all the way home. Watch William tell the story:

William's son could not understand how the pain was "getting worser-er" and demanded the only two things that would make him feel better: some ointment and his mother.
And if you are wondering if he ever did "stop saying 'ow', the following message from William should put you at ease:
I should tell you *he's fine*. His penchant for the dramatic turn of phrase is to be admired i think. I simply cannot fathom from where he has adopted such a style.
Yes, it is quite difficult to see how the son of a performer would also be born with a flair for the dramatic...
