Celebrity chef Zola Nene shares simple recipe - just in time for summer

Celebrity chef and TV personality Zola Nene joined the Scenic Drive team and shared a simple and delicious recipe.
Zola Nene is much more than just a talented celebrity chef - she is also a food stylist, food writer, media personality, recipe developer, video food creator, cooking show host, restaurant reviewer, and award-winning cookbook author.
Yes, the list is endless.

In 2007, during her studies, Nene went on to perfect her trade as a food assistant at a leading food and lifestyle magazine for six months.
In 2010, Nene became the resident chef of the popular morning Breakfast show, 'Expresso Morning Show', on SABC 3. Since then, Nene has become a South African household name.

In 2019, Nene scooped the Best in the World award in the TV category at the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards for her second cookbook titled, 'Simply Zola'.
Nene recently started selling denim aprons emblazoned with her smiling face via her website for R295 a pop.
Nene joined the Scenic Drive to shared simple and easy recipes - just in time for summer.
"Simplicity for me is important. If a recipe has more than ten ingredients - it can become complicating."
One-pan-roast-chicken-dinner
- 4 Chicken legs
- 4 Chicken thighs
- Baby potatoes
- Butternut
- Baby marrows
- 3tbsp olive oil
- 3tbsp of your favourite seasoning mix
- Mix all together.
- Pop in preheated oven on (200C).
- Bake for one-hour
- Take out, spoon over sour cream to create a sauce
