Cape Town does not disappoint! It was recently rated the second best city in Africa and the 11th best in the world!
TimeOut, a global publication, has published its fifth annual ranking of the best cities in the world as chosen by the locals.
Scotland's Edinburgh earns the top spot, while Cape Town, Africa's second best city, comes in at number 11, just missing the global top 10.

More than 2,000 city dwellers from all over the world were polled for the TimeOut Index 2022 about their favourite restaurants, pubs, galleries, theaters, nightlife, and hippest neighbourhoods.

The aim is to "provide a worldwide snapshot of city living and lead tourists toward the spots residents are truly talking about", according to the magazine.
Cape Town's accolade comes as no surprise as it truly is one the most beautiful cities.
