WATCH: High walls, alarms, and electric fences will not keep robbers out

Security camera footage shows a burglar making off with a plasma TV in King William's Town, despite various security measures being in place.
Despite having two-metre spiked walls with electric fences and advanced alarm systems, houses are still not safe from robbers.
In the video below, you can see a man jumping over an electric fence and high wall with a large plasma TV under his arm.
It's not yet clear what the name of the guesthouse is, probably because releasing the name would jeopardise the business. According to a report by DispatchLive, a guesthouse owner said her establishment had been broken into nine times between November 2017 and May 2018. She also said her five guests – who were all robbed in their rooms by one burglar – said they had “slept like babies”, raising suspicions that they may have been drugged.
