Bob Marley's 'One Love' brings various religions together
Hundreds of strangers from different religions gathered at the Tower of David in Jerusalem recently to sing Bob Marley’s 'One Love' together.
Koolulam is Israel’s mass singing social initiative, with the sole purpose of bringing together strangers for a sing down.
In each event, a new rendition of a well-known song is taught to participants and performed immediately after.
On the 14th of June, at the Tower of David in Jerusalem, Bob Marley’s iconic 'One Love' was sung in English, Arabic, and Hebrew.
This particular event took place on the last night of Ramadan and was seen as a night of coexistence, with Muslim, Jewish, and Christian leaders attending and calling the world to action, showing that religion can serve as a bridge to love, tolerance, and compassion.
