WATCH: Cellphone snatched from shopper in parking lot
Hide all your valuables! A thief snatched a phone at a shopping centre in Johannesburg.
We've seen cellphones snatched from the hands of patrons at restaurants, sometimes on pavements while they're in use - nowhere is safe.
In a video uploaded by the popular page, Intelligence Bureau SA, a woman can be seen innocently walking in the parking lot of the shopping centre while using her phone. In a few seconds, a man appears behind her, snatching the phone and running away! It seems the woman tried hard to hold on to the device because she was dragged to the ground by the force of the man grabbing her phone.

Immediately after snatching the phone, the man can be seen getting into his getaway car and making off with the stolen item. According to the Facebook post, the incident took place at Florida Junction in Roodepoort, west of Johannesburg.
