Robbers steal entire ATM inside grocery store
A daring robbery inside a grocery store in the Eastern Cape saw thieves loading an ATM into a bakkie.
A robbery took place inside a packed grocery store in Lady Frere, Eastern Cape. Thieves picked up an ATM, loaded it onto a bakkie, and drove off!
In the video, the armed robbers can be seen threatening shoppers and workers then struggling to lift the ATM. The robbers managed to push and pull the heavy machine and eventually load it on the back of their getaway car.

The robbery took place on a Wednesday morning and the machine is apparently owned by Cash Paymaster Services, used by the South African Social Security Agency to pay out grants.
