Mayor caught playing dead in coffin after breaking COVID-19 curfew

Jamie Rolando Urbina Torres is the mayor of a town in Peru and he has become the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons.

A picture of him in a coffin pretending to be a dead Coronavirus patient started doing the rounds on social media. It is reported that Torres was "playing dead" to avoid being arrested. This comes after he was caught violating lockdown rules in his town.
The police caught the mayor drinking with his friends post curfew and breaking social distancing laws. It is also reported that the mayor was drunk when he was arrested.
According to reports, locals have previously accused Torres of failing to take the virus and the lockdown regulations seriously and failing to implement proper safety precautions.
