Would you
quit your job because of the dress code?
The corporate world has a very defined dress code - it goes without saying, but as a result, some people find it very stressful. One being Mitch Clayton, who took to LinkedIn to express how he didn’t find sense in adhering to the dress code.

This followed a day in which he went to the office in comfortable clothing and his manager sent him back home, saying that his attire was not suitable for the office.
Mitch’s argument was that there was a heat wave and having to sit behind his desk all day in formal wear would have been somewhat uncomfortable. He went on to exclaim how productivity does not automatically improve because a person is dressed for the office.

He quit his job and started his own company where he allows for a relaxed clothing culture over a strict corporate dress code.
