Chaos as shopkeepers fight back during looting incident in Johannesburg
All hell broke loose when shopkeepers decided to fight back against looters stealing from their shops.
It is alleged the incident took place in Hillbrow, Johannesburg.
According to a Times Live report, no arrests were made after pupils who handed over a memorandum at the ANC headquarters in Johannesburg went on a looting spree in the CBD and Hillbrow on Monday afternoon.
In the video that's doing the rounds on social media, pupils and civilians can be seen running in various directions away from the shops. It is alleged that shopkeepers fought back and were joined by passersby.
